These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and z7game ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the z7game website located at https://z7game.cam and all associated services, including sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, virtual sports, and any other entertainment products made available on the platform.

Access to and use of z7game is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during which an account remains active:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a prohibited activity under Section 10.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited. z7game does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws. • Self-exclusion: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have previously been excluded from the Platform.

• Accurate personal details matching your official identity documents, including full legal name, date of birth and country of residence.

By using the z7game platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage in betting markets.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, reproduce or redistribute any part of the Platform's content, odds data, software or intellectual property.
• You will not engage in any activity that could impair, overload, disrupt or otherwise interfere with the Platform's servers, networks or other infrastructure.
• You will not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. z7game cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where legally required to do so.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves a real risk of financial loss and that the Platform makes no guarantee of any outcome or return on any bet or game played.
• You will take full responsibility for any bets or gaming activity carried out on your account. z7game is not liable for bets placed by a third party who has accessed your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

All bets are accepted subject to available balance, market availability and applicable stake limits. A bet is only confirmed once a unique transaction reference is issued by the Platform. In the event of a technical failure before a bet reference is issued, the bet shall be considered void.

z7game reserves the right to suspend, amend or remove any betting market at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of potential result manipulation, data feed error, or regulatory instruction. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed.

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable period; the market was opened or closed in error; an obvious pricing error occurred; or any other circumstance rendering the settlement of the market impossible or unfair. Void bets are refunded at stake value to the user's account balance.

Live (in-play) bets are subject to brief delays in acceptance due to live data feeds. The Platform is not responsible for delayed acceptance caused by factors outside its direct control, including network latency or data provider interruptions.

All casino and slot games operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Illustrative RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published on game information pages for informational purposes. Actual RTP may vary by game variant and configuration. Games are provided by third-party software suppliers; their own game rules apply in conjunction with these Terms.

z7game accepts deposits through various payment channels. All balances are displayed and managed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

• z7game does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal of real-money funds is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC requirement: Completed identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals submitted before KYC approval will be held pending verification.
• Same-method policy: Where operationally possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the originating deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page. This figure is subject to change and is denominated in PKR.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 24–72 business hours. Additional documentation or compliance checks may extend this period. z7game is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions or regulatory holds outside its control.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money funds and qualifying bonus winnings (post-wagering) are available for withdrawal.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is met. The applicable multiple (e.g., 30x) is specified on the promotion page.
• Maximum bet during bonus: A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit — for example, placing a single bet above PKR 500 when a max-bet restriction is in force — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Game contribution rates are published on the promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses are valid for a stated number of days from the date of credit. Uncompleted wagering within the validity window results in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are subject to mandatory reporting under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate the outcome of casino games, poker matches or any other event.
• Match fixing: Betting on events in which you have knowledge of, or involvement in, any pre-arranged or manipulated outcome.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software exploits or any automated system to interact with the Platform or obtain an unfair advantage in any betting market or game.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false personal information, another person's identity, or falsified documents.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in bad faith while retaining winnings generated from the disputed funds.

All content published on z7game — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, game interfaces and all associated materials — is the intellectual property of z7game or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Scrape, cache or index Platform data using automated tools.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Use the z7game brand name, logo or trademarks in any context without express written permission.

Any breach of this clause entitles z7game to seek injunctive relief and damages in addition to account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z7game, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial loss arising from the use of the Platform, including gambling losses, which are an inherent and expected risk of wagering.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.
• Loss or corruption of account data caused by events beyond z7game's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game software providers, or data suppliers.

z7game's total aggregate liability to any single user in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z7game is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered users and may be accessed via account settings or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set maximum session durations after which the Platform will notify you or end your session automatically.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period. Wagering is blocked once the limit is reached until the next period begins.

z7game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account suspension.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, z7game may forfeit all bonus balances and may withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where a balance is ultimately determined to have been lawfully earned, it will be returned to the user following the resolution of any outstanding compliance review.

z7game reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes that significantly affect user rights or obligations, z7game will endeavour to provide advance notice via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z7game is incorporated and licensed, as published in the Platform's licensing documentation. This governing law clause does not override mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user's country of residence where those laws cannot be contractually excluded.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, at z7game's election.
